The Starting Point

For more than ten years, Amy lived with near-constant nausea — and had been told, more than once, that "it may all be in your head." At its worst, even a few bites of food could bring intense stomach pain and vomiting, and eating out or eating under stress had become something to dread.

What the Testing Revealed

I ran a GI-MAP, and it showed her gut wasn't imagining anything: an over-activated gut immune response and a bacterial overgrowth, on a backdrop of low overall microbial balance — real, measurable reasons for symptoms she'd carried for a decade.

The Protocol

We started by calming her nervous system into a "rest and digest" state — humming, singing, journaling, breathwork — while reducing inflammation and building a short list of safe foods that wouldn't trigger the vomiting. From there I ran the GI-MAP and treated what it found. And because she'd been eating so little for so long, her nutrients were badly depleted — so we rebuilt those, too.

The Results

After a thorough, gentle approach to the root cause:

"After over 10 years of being told 'it may all be in your head,' working with Gina has provided incredibly effective and gentle treatment. My nausea is almost 100% resolved, my fatigue is lightyears better, and my bloating is almost completely gone. I feel very grateful to have such a thorough resolution to such long-standing GI issues — this is the best I've felt in years."
